Seacoast Golden Retrievers prefers to use stud services with collaborating kennels for our Golden Retriever puppies.
This approach to our breeding program enhances our quality and control all while accessing exceptional genetics from unrelated lines.
Utilizing outside stud services can improve breed quality, reduce the risk of inbreeding, and introduce desirable traits.
This approach allows for greater genetic diversity and healthier, more vibrant offspring.
Meticulous in our Selection
We are meticulous in our selection of stud dogs and carefully choose kennels that share our commitment to ethical and responsible breeding practices. We prioritize studs with exceptional health clearances, proven temperaments, and outstanding pedigrees. This collaborative approach ensures the highest standards of quality and contributes to the ongoing improvement of the breed
Health and Background
All of our breeding dogs undergo comprehensive testing for hip and elbow dysplasia through trusted organizations such as OFA and PennHIP. We are always delighted to introduce you to the parents of our puppies, allowing you to witness their outstanding health and friendly dispositions firsthand. Each puppy we place includes a thorough health guarantee, ensuring peace of mind about the well-being of your newest family member.
Breeder Practices
Our puppies are raised with care and socialized from an early age to ensure they are confident and well-adjusted. They are introduced to various people, environments, and sounds to prepare them for their forever homes. We are proud to have a strong reputation, backed by positive reviews and references from happy families. We also welcome you to visit our facility to see how our puppies are raised in a clean, safe, and loving environment.
Additional Details
All of our puppies are up-to-date on vaccinations and have received deworming treatments appropriate for their age. To ensure the health and integrity of the breed, we do require a spay or neuter agreement for puppies not sold with breeding rights. Additionally, we are always here to support you after you take your puppy home, offering advice and guidance on training, health, and care whenever you need it.
